US Consulate in Dubai
If you have a wife in Dubai then you can apply for a marriage visa or if she is your fiancee then you can apply for a fiancee visa. If you are looking at the US visa options you can start with the US visa medical examination as well as the ineligible for US visa as well. There is also the I-129F form and the I-134 form which you will need to understand. If you have lost your passport then report this to the police for the case number. Take this case number to the Embassy in order to apply for a US passport.
