US Consulate in Perth
Note that the US Consulate is close to Government House in East Perth. See the map below for more details. If you need a K1 Visa or K3 visa then you should contact the US Consulate in Sydney for more details. There is also the US Consulate in Melbourne where the details are also listed.
If you wish to get married you will need to register your marriage in Australia. For this you will need to have a letter called the “Freedom to Marry” letter. This does take a day or two to be issued. Once you have it you can then use this to register your married in Australia. If you are then taking your wife back to the US then see the documents needed for US spouse visa from Australia.
